Manage four cross-functional Scrum teams within the Lockheed Martin BLQ-10 program, including facilitation of Scrum events and maintenance of team metrics, dashboards, and the product backlog.
Facilitate quarterly program increment planning, leveraging team metrics to improve accuracy of future capacity estimations and make impactful, attainable commitments.
Coach teams on Agile principles via introduction of more varied + engaging retrospectives to solicit honest self-assessments and set obtainable goals for improving processes + removing bottlenecks.
Product Manager – SIDEARM Sports
Sept ‘21 – Nov ‘23
Lead a cross-functional Scrum team in the implementation of a modular, flexible design system to improve fan user experiences and catalyze future feature design / development. Collaborated with the Creative Director and VP of Development on implementation of a new design-system based process for design and integration of new client websites within the "Original Athletic Site" pipeline.
Lead advertising optimization effort to leverage new ad technologies and formats to increase ad revenue on partner websites. Coordinated A/B tests on ad solutions and iterated on design / functionality to considerably improve overall ad view-ability & inventory on websites built within the new platform.
Assisted the Director of Product in implementing organization-wide Agile methodologies. Provided cross-functional training in the form of brown-bags, training workshops, and documentation. Coordinated with Accessibility & QA Specialists to introduce formal QA & Regression testing processes.
Coordinated improvements to the SIDEARM OAS Platform to enable more granular control over individual website deployments via implementation of an API-based headless CMS, and component-based Vue front-end framework powering all user interfaces through a single-page application.

Designed websites and promotional graphics for over 40 college athletics programs and conference organizations, ranging from Power 5 through Junior College programs.
Improved design department processes to adhere to Figma best practices & facilitate faster + more detailed developer handoffs. Assisted the Creative Director to generate useful Figma resources and training documents for new designers.
Lead discovery initiatives on existing & upcoming products to provide designer feedback, recommend critical UX improvements, write user stories, and collaborate with developers on implementation plans.
Lead Designer – Kishmish Inc.
Feb ‘16 – Now
Lead design of marketing websites, web-based software, and other applications. Implemented marketing campaigns on behalf of clients and in-house for Kishmish, including via email marketing, social media, etc.
Held workshops with clients to investigate business needs and identify potential applications of web technology to save time, money, or drive new business.
Prototyped & tested digital directories installed at Pyramid shopping centers, including Destiny USA. Rebranded the Kishmish website & collateral, wrote marketing copy including articles and case studies. Automated & improved client analytics reporting using branded, customizable Data Studio reporting.
